Originally from Denmark, I now call Franklin,Tennessee home, where I live with my husband and two kids. I started HomeLuv Hosting to combine my love for hospitality with my deep understanding of real estate, helping fellow property owners maximize their rental income while creating memorable guest experiences.

Since 2018, I’ve built a portfolio of 9 rental properties, learning firsthand what works—and what doesn’t—when it comes to hosting. My background as a realtor has sharpened my skills in understanding market trends and staging properties to stand out.

But hosting isn’t just about numbers—it’s about people. I also hold a master degree in psychology and a coaching license, both of which may seem unrelated but are key to my approach. Hosting requires empathy, strong communication, and the ability to handle stressful situations gracefully—whether that’s calming a guest during a power outage or solving last-minute issues quickly.

My journey into self-management began when one of my listings was shut down due to an inattentive property manager. I realized no one would care for my properties like I would—so I took over the management. Since then, I’ve brought that same level of care and dedication to every property I co-host.
